Requirements
- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in Low Voltage & Critical Facilities
- Proven track record of opening new accounts
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Familiarity with workforce development, staffing, or human capital solutions
- Comfort using HubSpot or similar CRM for pipeline tracking and reporting
