Job Description:

TheSr. Technical Product Manager - Datawill lead the technology product organization and drive the development, prioritization, and execution ofcrossbusinessproduct roadmaps. This role partners closely with business product leaders, enterprise architecture, engineering, and operations to deliverhighqualitytechnology capabilities that support strategic business outcomes. This roleprovides vision, leadership, and disciplined execution across the full product lifecycle—from ideation and design through delivery, release, optimization, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:Define the technology product strategy and ensure alignment with enterprise businessobjectivesand IM&T priorities. Develop andmaintaintechnology roadmaps that support scalability, modernization, and innovation.

  • Team Management:Leadcross functional teams, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Project Delivery:Oversee the full application development lifecycle—from ideation to deployment—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Technology Strategy:Define and implement technology roadmaps that drive innovation, scalability, and competitive advantage.Prioritize features that delivermaximumcustomer value and align with business roadmaps and strategic goals.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with business product management, IT operations, and key stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

  • Quality Assurance:Supportadherence tocoding standards, best practices, and QA processes to ensure reliability, security, and performanceon a team and project level.

  • Resource & Budget Management:Optimizeresource allocation, manage budgets, andmaintainvendor relationships to maximize efficiency.

  • Risk Management:Identifyand mitigate technical and operational risks, ensuring business continuity and compliance.

  • Continuous Improvement:Promote innovation, professional development, and adoption of modern frameworks such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban,etc.

  • Compliance & Security:Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations, cybersecurity standards, and industry best practices.

  • Release & Change Management:Coordinate release planning, manage end-to-end release processes, and enforce change management policies.

  • Vendor Management:Evaluate, select, and manage external partners to deliver critical features and services.

  • Performance Monitoring:Track and report on project portfolio performance, set team goals, and provide guidance for successful delivery.

  • Customer-centric Focus:Drive a culture of excellence centered on customer needs, rigorous testing, and flawless execution.

  • Executive Communication:Present priorities and progress to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with organizationalobjectives.Manage reporting and updates on a team and project level.

Minimum Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or abilityrequired.

  • 10+ years’ experience working with external service providers, softwaredevelopersand engineers, with a strong ability to translate product requirements succinctly and ensure technology deliverables are built with high quality.

  • Background in datastructures,quality management,orchestration, governance, etc.

  • Exceptional ability to manage maintenance and creation of documentation and visualizations, as they relate to project deliverables.

  • Solid understandingof the SDLC,strongservices API development background,with a solid understanding of how different technologies work together to enable a successful product launch.

  • Firm understanding of Agile product developmentandstrong Jira management.

  • Working knowledge of tools such as SQL, Jira, andDomo.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly in an environment with evolving business demands.

  • Experience with leading multiple projects andadvisingsenior leadership is desirable.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.

Preferred:

  • Experience withAI,mobile,cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and automation tools.

  • Familiarity with IaaS,DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Enterprise Architecture and Enterprise Data Platforms,Agile/Scrum methodologies, and disaster recovery planning.

  • Teamwork:Contributes to building a positive team spirit. Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views.
