Head of Data & AI

About the Role

The Head of Data & AI will lead the enterprise-wide data and AI transformation, shaping the groups vision for intelligent, data-driven decision-making and connected digital experiences. The role will build scalable data foundations, integrate AI across retail, e-commerce, payments, logistics, and customer engagement, and drive the AI engine for the groups next-generation Super App.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide Data & AI strategy.

• Build scalable data platforms and governance frameworks.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LLMs, SLMs, and agentic AI solutions.

• Drive AI/ML Ops practices and intelligent automation initiatives.

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases.

• Represent the organization within the regional and global AI ecosystem.

• Unified and efficient enterprise data ecosystem.

• Scalable AI platforms delivering measurable business impact.

Candidate Profile

• 1015 years of experience in data, AI, and analytics, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.

• Proven record in deploying enterprise-grade AI platforms.

• Deep expertise in LLMs, SLMs, ML Ops, and agentic AI.

• Strong technical foundation and strategic stakeholder management skills.

• Recognized thought leader or influencer in the AI domain.
