Lead Enterprise Learning and Skills – India role to serve as the managing director for key strategic client relationships and hold responsibility for the Enterprise Learning and Skills business in India.
Requirements
- 12+ years in enterprise sales, consulting, or large-scale government/industry transformation roles
- Deep exposure to India’s talent, skilling, EdTech, and government procurement ecosystems
- Demonstrated success leading complex multi-party deals
- Demonstrated team leadership in a hybrid work environment, and experience growing a high performing sales team
- Strong understanding of AI, digital learning, and emerging tech adoption in India
