Principal, Measurement

In this role, you will shape and safeguard standards across Pearson's UK regulated qualifications portfolio. You will lead how we approach standard-setting, standards maintenance, and assessment validity - ensuring regulatory confidence and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, strategic role where you’ll partner with senior leaders, influence policy and practice, and strengthen internal capability in assessment expertise.

• Deep expertise in assessment within the UK regulated qualifications context
• Experience working with regulatory frameworks and awarding processes
• Strategic mindset and analytical strength
• Confident influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience designing and delivering assessment or standards training
