Automation Developer

We are building the HR automation team of the future — a small, high-impact group with technology at its heart, focused purely on HR needs. We work side-by-side with HR teams, listening closely, understanding their challenges, and delivering smart, scalable solutions that create exceptional employee experiences.

As an Automation Developer at IC25, you will be trusted to deliver more complex, high-value automation solutions that bring real transformation to how HR works. Using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform (including Copilot Studio), you will take ownership of projects from start to finish — designing, building, testing, and refining automations that make our services faster, simpler, and more engaging for employees. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure each solution delivers maximum impact, while also contributing to the development of reusable components and best practices for the team.

Focus Areas & Deliverables

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of automation solutions for high-priority HR needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Create robust, scalable, and maintainable automations with clear documentation.
• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to peer reviews to maintain high quality standards.
• Recommend and trial new approaches, tools, or features that could enhance delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering automation solutions with UiPath and/or Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio).
• Ability to design solutions that balance impact, maintainability, and ease of use.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Experience supporting colleagues through technical guidance or mentoring.

Desirable

• Exposure to ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or other HR systems.
• Interest in AI-driven automation or conversational experiences.
• Knowledge of HR operations and processes.
