We are seeking an Implementation Consultant to manage end-to-end software implementation projects and drive successful client outcomes. This remote position requires technical expertise, project management skills, and strong client relationship management to ensure seamless system deployments and user adoption.

What You'll Do

  • Manage complete implementation lifecycle from initial planning through post-launch optimization
  • Analyze client business processes and recommend system configuration best practices
  • Configure and customize software platforms to meet specific client requirements
  • Design and execute comprehensive user training programs and change management strategies
  • Coordinate data migration projects and ensure accurate system integration
  • Provide technical support and resolve implementation challenges proactively
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and communicate status to all stakeholders
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and coordinate user acceptance testing phases
  • Create detailed documentation including configuration guides and user manuals
  • Deliver post-implementation reviews and ongoing optimization recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years experience in software implementation consulting or technical project management
  • Strong background in business analysis and process improvement
  • Experience with enterprise software platforms and SaaS implementations
  • Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management certification or demonstrated project leadership experience
  • Technical troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex implementation issues
  • Understanding of data migration processes and system integration methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
