Requirements
- Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Help maintain and monitor our AWS cloud multi-account environment.
- Maintain CI/CD Pipelines: Work with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and AWS CodePipeline to deploy updates to our SaaS platform.
- Deploy the APA Platform: Install, configure, and support the NICE APA application for new and existing customers in on-premise environments.
- Automate and Script: Write and maintain scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) to automate routine tasks, improve system integrations, and eliminate manual work.
- Troubleshoot and Support: Investigate and resolve infrastructure or application issues across both cloud and on-prem setups.
- Collaborate on Improvements: Work closely with senior engineers to design and implement enhancements in architecture, security, and performance.
- Customer Interaction: Occasionally interact with customers during support cases or incident reports.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Document your solutions, processes, and learnings.
