About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Partner Manager to join our growing Partnerships team at Passport. In this individual contributor role, your primary function will be to develop and manage alliance partnerships. These partnerships focus on strategic referrals between top partners who share ideal customer profiles with Passport. You will be responsible for making introductions between Passport and these partners, fostering mutually beneficial relationships, and driving net-new partner-sourced deals. You will leverage tools like Crossbeam to collaborate with our top-tier partners and ensure alignment across business development efforts. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in growing Passport's revenue through effective partner engagement and deal management. Financially rewarding compensation awaits high-performing individuals, with commission structures based on deals you source and influence.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and execute a partnership strategy focused on building and cultivating high-value alliance partnerships
  • Leverage Crossbeam and other tools to analyze partner data and identify opportunities for mutually beneficial referrals
  • Proactively source and qualify new partners that align with Passport's strategic goals and have similar ideal customer profiles
  • Lead the deal cycle for partner-sourced opportunities, from initial contact to closed-won deals
  • Facilitate introductions between Passport and alliance partners to create referral opportunities
  • Manage partner relationships throughout the lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and ongoing engagement
  • Track and report on key partnership metrics, including referral volume, deal velocity, and partner revenue contribution

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years experience in partnership development, business development, or a related field
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and closing partnership deals
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and deal management processes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience with Crossbeam or similar data integration tools (a plus)
  • Passion for Passport's mission and the future of the industry

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in international cross-border e-commerce or logistics
  • History of building and managing successful agency or logistics partnerships
  • Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem and its leading players
  • Experience attending and exhibiting at industry trade shows
