The Enterprise Client Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of new enterprise clients and associated products and services within the Workers’ Compensation space.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Workers’ Compensation experience required
- Significant experience in a Workers’ Compensation claims role required, with demonstrable understanding of: Insurance carrier operations, Third party administrator (TPA) models, Employer program structures and expectations
- Direct, customer-facing experience implementing Workers’ Compensation products and services required
- Experience supporting or leading implementations for enterprise level clients in complex operating environments
