Position Summary
Are you a self-starter with a knack for organizing multiple tracks or events, meeting deadlines, and delivering a framework to help organizations leverage greater impact? Do you thrive on teamwork, entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and continuous learning? Do you have experience managing logistics or enrollment for staggered and concurrent programs and virtual events, using an equity lens? Are you a critical thinker with a penchant for using technology tools that connect people and interpret or present data?
Panorama Global’s Social Impact Department is responsible for programmatic execution of a variety of programs, including Collaborative Learning for Impact Philanthropy Learning Communities, The Ascend Fund, the T1D Community Fund, and more. The Program Manager, Social Impact, will partner on these projects and be highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
This exempt position reports to the Senior Program Officer (SPO), Social Impact. This position is available on a fully remote basis within the United States.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Program Administration and Support
Lead role in systems use and support—Salesforce, Asana, Google Drive, Microsoft Suite (including OneNote and SharePoint), Tableau—acting as a resource and troubleshooting when necessary
Support and collaborate with the SPO in their responsibilities – providing programmatic, research, and administrative support as needed
Support and lead on engagement and communication with grantee partners and other key stakeholders to support projects in coordinating, planning, and tracking
Assist in the development and maintenance of workplans, roadmaps, and project management tools to support project teams and ensure quality outcomes
Plan and prepare learning community events, key meetings, convenings, and presentations, which will include developing agendas, and documentation for knowledge capture.
Research organizations and individuals for data analysis and background documents
Support in creating and/or copy editing a variety of materials, including proposals, PowerPoint presentations, emails, one pagers, newsletters, and research briefs
Maintain strong attention to detail to meet organizational objectives and quality measures
Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings on behalf of team members
Issue meeting communications, handle logistics and notes, and prepare and disseminate materials
Support grantmaking process, working with internal partners and external grantee partners
Support social impact department projects on an ad hoc basis
Knowledge Management
Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, derive and communicate key insights in a cohesive and compelling narratives and visualizations
Attend, annotate, and report out on sessions, events, etc.
Departmental Support
Participate in organization-wide working groups as appropriate; represent and serve as a liaison for the social impact department
Maintain and update department-wide resources, including departmental Viva page and associated contents
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, often with multi-level priorities, and managing multiple stakeholders while ensuring high quality deliverables and strong relationships
Comfort reaching out for support and guidance while also making decisions that are within the scope of the job’s responsibilities
Proactive with ability to accomplish work efficiently and with initiative
Experience balancing competing priorities and identifying when to escalate an issue
Being adaptable, willing to flex and take on new elements and responsibilities as needed
Diplomatic, astute observer, and critical thinker in identifying how to prioritize, troubleshoot, and operationalize more effectively
Transparency and genuine desire to collaborate and be part of team
Excited about solving problems and continuous learning
Desired Qualifications
Project Management Certification or a Bachelor’s degree with at least three years of work experience
Documented history of detail-oriented project management experience, including responsibilities of managing a project or program from conception to implementation
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and willingness to learn other software platforms.
Additional language proficiencies welcomed
Experience working in philanthropy, at a non-profit, and/or on social impact issues is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this role is between $58,000 and $66,500. When determining an initial offer, we carefully consider these factors: candidate skill and experience; room for growth within the band; and internal equity across the team.
