THE ROLE

Pangaea is looking for an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join the brand marketing team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Social Media, Influencer & PR, this role will support the growth and scale of the brand’s influencer and creator communities including the in-house brand ambassador programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the development and launch of the brand’s in-house brand ambassador program
  • Generate monthly newsletters to keep brand ambassadors up to date on new product launches, promotions, and paid campaign opportunities.
  • Engage and interact with influencer and brand ambassador community on social media to build brand loyalty.
  • Facilitate influencer talent discovery using tools like Aspire IQ.
  • Outreach to qualified talent, maintain relationships, and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Brainstorm creative collaboration approaches with influencers to meet brand objectives.
  • Generate monthly reports to provide campaign recommendations and evaluate ROI.
  • Partner with digital and creative teams to support requests for creator/UGC content.
  • Review influencer content submissions to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
  • Manage product seeding campaigns.
  • Manage PR packages and review seeding lists in collaboration with clients PR agency.
  • Assist in various marketing and advertising promotional activities
  • Support brand & influencer marketing events & activations as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or relevant field required
  • 2-3 years of influencer/creator marketing experience – ideally with DTC brands
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing software (Aspire IQ)
  • Strong understanding of current social media and marketing trends
  • Innovative mindset with creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Data-driven decision marker with exceptional attention to detail and a discerning eye for aesthetics

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The reasonably estimated annual base salary for this role ranges from $65,000.00 to $70,000.00. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and location. Details of participation in benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

These benefits are thoughtfully designed and curated to ensure that our employees are fully equipped to succeed in their work and personal lives. Some benefits include:

  • Health insurance: Pangaea offers medical, dental, and vision insurance plans. Out of three amazing medical plans, we cover 100% for the first plan for employees and 90% of the monthly premium for two higher coverage plans. We also provide 75% of the monthly premium for family coverage.
  • 401(k) matching: After a 3-month waiting period, Pangaea will match up to 4% of the employee's elected contribution to their retirement plan.
  • Time off: Pangaea recognizes 14 paid holidays per year. We also have 6 additional “Pangaea Fridays” throughout the year where employees can get a head start on their weekend and take the whole day off. Lastly, we have a flexible time off policy and trust our employees to take vacation when they need it!
  • Staff discount: All staff members are given $100 of credit per month to use on Pangaea products so that they can try, own (and love!) all the products we sell.
