What started in 1967 with a single station wagon ambulance in Magnolia, Arkansas, has evolved into one of the nation's most respected family-owned emergency medical service providers. James and Carol Pafford founded Pafford Medical Services with a commitment to their community, a legacy that has been passionately carried forward by their children—Jamie, Greg, and John. Over the decades, the company has expanded far beyond its humble beginnings, now operating a sophisticated fleet of over 200 ground ambulances, three medical helicopters, and four fixed-wing aircraft across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Today, Pafford Medical Services stands as a beacon of hope and reliability, employing over 1,700 dedicated professionals who respond to more than 350,000 calls annually.
