Requirements
- Experience in a previous Sales / Business Development role as part of a SaaS or B2B company
- Coachable, accountable, and consistent in your efforts to develop knowledge and results
- Believe in a consultative and human sales approach and understand that every conversation is different
- Performance-driven, competitive, and energised by hitting and surpassing targets
- Passionate about Paddle and able to articulate its value
- Confident communicating across multiple channels and formats: phone, email, video, social
