PaceMate, LLC is a pioneering force in the digital healthcare landscape, specializing in remote cardiac monitoring and data management. Founded in 2015, the company is driven by a mission to modernize healthcare through connected and personalized cardiac care. PaceMate addresses the critical need for streamlined and efficient management of the vast amounts of data generated by cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs), wearables, and other monitoring technologies. The company's core offering is PaceMateLIVE, a comprehensive, cloud-native, vendor-neutral platform that consolidates data from all major device manufacturers into a single, intuitive workflow. This platform is designed to significantly enhance clinical and operational efficiencies for healthcare providers, promoting improved patient safety, quality of care, and clinician satisfaction.

PaceMate's technology is distinguished by its deep interoperability with major Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, including Epic, Cerner, and athenahealth. This seamless, bi-directional data exchange automates workflows, from order entry to billing, and provides clinicians with a holistic view of their patients' cardiac health. The platform utilizes advanced algorithms and artificial intelligence to intelligently triage and prioritize patient alerts, reducing the burden on clinical staff and enabling them to focus on the most critical cases. By integrating data from implantable devices, ambulatory monitors, heart failure devices, and consumer ECGs, PaceMateLIVE offers a longitudinal perspective of a patient's cardiac journey. This comprehensive approach not only streamlines daily operations but also provides a rich, research-grade dataset that can be used to inform population health initiatives and advance cardiovascular research. The company's commitment to innovation is further demonstrated by its acquisition of Medtronic's Paceart Optima system, expanding its global footprint and solidifying its position as a leader in cardiac data management.
