(Senior) Product Manager - Video Creation

Your mission

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a new team at Oxolo to develop the future of automated video creation for businesses using the latest trends and technologies. Create a new video editing platform that allows users to produce high-quality videos with "just a click of a button".

We're still operating under a lot of ambiguity while we continue to define ideal products, services and user experiences, and the team is moving fast. We're looking for a product manager who is comfortable with rapid change, can make pragmatic decisions especially when data and user insights points may still be scarce. As we're building up a product-led organisation from scratch, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to how we build products.

Your area of responsibility

• Rethink the workflow for creating videos with the help of GenAI, improving storytelling by creatively altering time and narrative.
• Contribute to defining the vision and strategy of our new video creation platform to align with market needs, trends, competitor analysis and our company goals.
• Work with a diverse team of Product Designers, Machine Learning Engineers, and Software Developers to create a platform that makes video production simple and accessible to business through the possibilities of GenAI.
• Drive the product development process from opportunity to launch (and beyond), ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Understand the needs of all our target users and customers and create a product roadmap that makes video creation easy and intuitive.
• Champion user research, market analysis, and competitive insights to inform product features, prioritization, and enhancements.
• Foster a culture of lean and rapid experimentation, development and iteration, applying methods from A/B testing, prototype testing, fakedoor testing and more.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of the products you build.
• Analyze product performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for optimization and growth

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading and launching successful digital products, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate the challenges of a startup environment, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs.
• Deep empathy for users, paired with a strategic and business mindset to align product development with user needs and business objectives.
• Demonstrated expertise in product discovery and delivery.
• Passionate about the potential of Generative AI and LLMs to transform content creation, with a keen interest in the latest trends and technologies in AI.
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and excellent communication, able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to realize innovative product solutions.
• Highly experienced in leveraging user research, market analysis, data analytics and visualization tools to derive insights from large datasets and inform product decisions.
• Having a deep knowledge of machine learning techniques to enhance product capabilities and drive innovation.
