As a Sales Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating commercial performance through data-driven insights, sales forecasting, and strategic planning. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to enable smarter decisions and more effective execution at every level of the organization.
This is a hands-on and high-impact role, ideal for someone who excels at problem-solving, business storytelling, and translating complex datasets into actionable commercial recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Sales and Commercial leaders to uncover insights that fuel planning, territory optimization, and growth initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance across geographies, products, and channels to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead forecasting and pipeline analytics in collaboration with Finance and Sales; build models that enhance predictability and strategic alignment.
- Build and manage dashboards (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau) to deliver real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Support quota setting, incentive design, and territory planning with data-backed guidance.
- Conduct deep dives on pricing, promotions, customer segmentation, and market dynamics.
- Act as a strategic bridge across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Care.
- Champion CRM and BI tool improvements, including documentation, training, and testing.
- Govern content strategy for the Commercial SharePoint site and ensure seamless access to enablement tools.
- Provide operational and analytical support to the field incentive program and collaborate with global partners on quarterly reviews.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence roles.
- Expertise in CRM and BI platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, Tableau, Power BI); SQL/Python a plus.
- Proven ability to generate commercial insights and influence decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for translating data into compelling narratives.
- Comfort working in dynamic, global, and matrixed environments.

The salary for this role is between $80,000 and $120,000 USD. The salary offered will reflect the skills and experience of the candidate.
Certain roles within ONT are eligible for annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance.
