  • Active Directory Windows Server Related Functional Support
  • SAML, OAUTH, Claims, and LDAP authentication protocols
  • Microsoft Identity Manager and Azure Identity Management services
  • PowerShell, Batch files, Policy Configuration, and other third-party tools
  • Oncall rotation
