Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as our part-time Executive Assistant. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the company’s strategic direction by moderating communications, programs, and board meetings.

Product:

The platform for managing the works of Ukrainian artists, we plan to push to the global market as well. The platform has galleries and selected images from different sites. The mission is to digitize Ukrainian and world art in extraordinary quality.

Progressive team:

We gathered a team of talented and ambitious Ukrainian specialists. The team includes a CEO, CTO, Project Manager, Full-Stack, Front-end and Back-end, and designers.

Together we will:

• Moderate communications, programs, and board meetings to ensure productive discussions and decision-making;
• Facilitate discussions among a diverse board of experts, including lawyers, art market analysts, and heads of art fairs, with a focus on driving innovation and growth;
• Explore the IT industry to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities;
• Organize board meetings and create agendas, ensuring all key topics are covered and decisions are recorded accurately;
• Facilitate the execution of board decisions, tracking progress and ensuring follow-through;
• Analyze analytical data to inform board discussions and decision-making processes;
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Requirements

What you will need:

• Fluent English, advanced proficiency;
• Experience in moderating boards of experts, ideally with up to 10 people from diverse backgrounds;
• Proven experience in organizing similar boards or participating in them;
• Ability to create comprehensive programs and agendas for board meetings, as well as document decisions and action items;
• Strong facilitation skills, capable of guiding discussions and maintaining focus;
• Passion for IT;
• Proficiency in analyzing analytical data to inform strategic decisions;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Creativity and attention to detail.
