Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Manager with strong organizational, analytical, and technical capabilities who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role will serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for NetSuite (ERP) and will drive the optimization, automation, and scalability of the company’s financial systems landscape. The ideal candidate will bring deep, hands-on NetSuite administration, configuration, and integration experience, combined with a strong understanding of finance and accounting processes. We are open to candidates from adjacent roles or specialties (e.g., ERP Systems Manager, NetSuite Administrator, Financial Systems Analyst) with relevant transferable expertise. This role will also focus on solution engineering, process improvements, and system integrations to support the company’s growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience in financial systems, ERP administration, or related field
NetSuite Administrator Certification OR 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience (required)
Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP, including configuration, customization, integration, and support
Proven experience with:
Saved searches, workflows, scripting (preferred), reporting, and dashboards
System integrations (middleware such as Celigo or similar tools is a plus)
Experience supporting or working within finance/accounting functions, including:
Month-end close
Financial reporting
Audit and compliance (SOX preferred)
Strong understanding of ERP best practices and ability to recommend native vs customized solutions
Experience with other financial systems such as Coupa, Blackline, Floqast, Solution 7, or similar tools
Background in high-growth, SaaS, or technology environments is highly preferred
Candidates from organizations with strong NetSuite usage or expertise (e.g., Oracle NetSuite ecosystem, NetSuite-heavy companies) are highly encouraged
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams
What You’ll Be Working On:
Serve as the primary owner and administrator of the NetSuite platform, including ongoing support, configuration, and enhancements
Act as the main point of contact for NetSuite-related inquiries, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize system usage
Configure and maintain fields, forms, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, and reports
Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and SOX requirements
Lead and support NetSuite integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., Coupa, Salesforce, Celigo, Blackline/Floqast)
Support financial operations, including month-end close processes and reporting requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline and automate financial processes
Support system implementation projects, including testing, deployment, and release management
Provide SOX audit support, including documentation, reporting, and controls validation
Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, functional designs, and training materials
Conduct end-user training sessions to improve adoption and system utilization
Support integration and optimization of systems following acquisitions or organizational changes
Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to align systems with business needs
