We are now looking for a Data Engineering Lead to take full ownership of our data domain. This is not a direct management role, but a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to shape architecture, lead initiatives from end-to-end, and make a strategic impact. The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Engineer with 6+ years of experience to play a key role in our Data Platform organization, leading the design, development, and maintenance of our data warehouse, and driving growth in our B2C environment. This role requires strong technological capabilities, close collaboration with stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to owning data processes end to end.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient data warehouse and BI solutions that align with organizational goals and requirements

• Create a robust data structures supporting reporting and analytics needs using different modeling tools

• Implement ETL/ELT processes to get our data from the different sources into the semantic layer

• Develop processes to enforce schema evaluation, cover anomaly detection, and monitor data completeness and freshness

• Implement best practices for across the data pipelines

• Collaborate with Developers, ML Platform Engineers, Data Analysts, and the different stakeholders in the organization.

What You’ll Bring:

• 6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer

• Proficiency in data modeling, ELT/ETL development, and DWH methodologies

• Knowledge in different elt tools like Fivetran

• SQL expertise and experience working with sql within data warehouses

• Prior experience working with DBT - a plus

• Experience with Python and software development

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Proven industry experience building and scaling data infrastructure in production environments

• A track record of leading data initiatives end-to-end — from design to delivery — in settings where
