E-Learning Support Specialist I

We are a team dedicated to tackling the pressing issue of healthcare workforce shortages across the United States. Our journey began in 2003 with a clear mission: to create robust partnerships between academic institutions and healthcare systems. By doing so, we aimed to expand access to high-quality healthcare education and produce a new generation of practice-ready professionals for in-demand fields. We recognized that many universities faced significant barriers to growing their healthcare programs, including capital constraints, limited faculty resources, and the challenge of securing sufficient clinical placements for students. Our innovative model was designed to address these very obstacles head-on.

Our approach is a collaborative one. We partner with colleges and universities to develop, market, and manage healthcare education solutions that deliver exceptional student outcomes. We specialize in creating hybrid learning models that blend rigorous online coursework with essential hands-on experience. This includes establishing and managing state-of-the-art learning centers equipped with advanced simulation technology, where students can safely hone their clinical skills before entering a real-world healthcare setting. By managing the logistics of site development, marketing, enrollment, and student support, we empower our academic partners to significantly increase their program capacity without compromising the quality of education. Since our inception, and especially since becoming a part of Grand Canyon Education in 2019, we have been able to accelerate our growth and expand our reach, helping to launch and grow numerous nursing, occupational therapy, and other healthcare programs nationwide. We are proud to be a key part of the solution, creating pathways for aspiring students to achieve their career goals and ensuring that communities have the skilled healthcare professionals they need.
