Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our many programs.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in your subject area
• At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom facilitation skills
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing
• Digital fluency and ability to effectively incorporate AI-powered educational tools into instruction
• Proactive, reliable, and committed to high-quality online education
• Passion for equity, access, and supporting students from diverse backgrounds
• Available to commit 8-10 hours per week per course, with some flexibility for training
