Join our dynamic team as a News Content Editor, where you'll play a pivotal role in curating high-impact articles for Opera News across Spanish-speaking markets. Working remotely from Mexico, you'll collaborate with a passionate, international team dedicated to delivering top-quality content to our users.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Review daily high-impression articles for Opera News in the Spanish-speaking markets, improve review mechanisms, and be responsible for the quality and style of content in the app
• Monitor daily trends, drive increases in push notifications and news clicks, and track related data
• Assist in optimizing news content strategy through data collection, user/market research, etc
• Coordinate thematic activities for holidays and major events, and complete other tasks assigned by superiors

Job Requirements:

• Native Spanish speaker from Mexico, with English proficiency in communication. Background in journalism or internet industry experience is preferred
• Familiarity with news products and understanding of user preferences and cultural customs in markets like Mexico and Latin America
• Broad knowledge in politics, economics, entertainment, military affairs, technology, health, and other areas. Detail-oriented, independent thinker, and efficient executor
