Joining as the US Public Sector Sr. Strategic Alliance Manager at OpenText means stepping into a role where you'll drive business growth and pipeline through strategic partnerships within the System Integrator community. Your contributions will be instrumental in executing the company's partner strategy, ultimately shaping the future of cybersecurity in the US Public Sector.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

• Spearhead incremental pipeline and revenue growth by forging strategic partnerships.
  • Develop structured plans for pipeline generation, marketing, and program pursuit.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive long-term value and sustainable success.
  ​​​​​​​• Contribute to the development of OpenText's Partner Strategy and Business Plan.
  ​​​​​​​• Interface with Senior Management to enhance engagement and alignment across functions.
  ​​​​​​​• Cultivate senior executive champions within partner organizations to overcome obstacles and drive revenue.
  ​​​​​​​• Share best practices with regional partner leads to optimize partnership outcomes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

​​​​​​​• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.
​​​​​​​• Proven track record orchestrating teams in a matrix environment.
​​​​​​​• Minimum of 10 years related software, sales, and partner management experience within the US Public Sector vertical.
​​​​​​​• Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and manage strategic plans.
​​​​​​​• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
​​​​​​​• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment emphasizing cooperation and mutual respect.
​​​​​​​• Ability to present effectively to both small and large audiences.

Estimated Base Salary $140,000 - $170,000 USD
