Your Impact

As a Project Manager at OpenText, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-value digital solutions to our customers. You will manage various projects, from smaller engagements to complex, multi-country projects, ensuring successful delivery, financial oversight, and customer satisfaction. By collaborating with customers, partners, and colleagues, you will help drive digital transformations, optimize IT capabilities, and maximize the value of OpenText's software solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

Experience and Skills:

• Proficiency in managing a range of projects, from small to large, complex engagements.
• Knowledge of Agile (preferably Scaled Agile), hybrid, and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project governance, financial management, and risk management.
• Familiarity with OpenText product portfolio or similar technologies (IT Operations Management, Cyber Resilience, etc.).

Competencies and Attributes:

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders, drive project governance, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
• Leadership qualities, including mentoring and team management.

Education:

• A degree or equivalent qualification promoting analytical and structured thinking.
• Training in project management processes, methods, and techniques.

One Last Thing

You will be expected to obtain and maintain a high level of UK Government clearance.
