Project Coordinator, Strategic Publication Planning

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Working closely with medical, editorial, and account management personnel in coordinating work to accomplish project goals
- Completing data entry in proprietary databases
- Providing internet research support and summarizing findings
- Modifying time and event schedules according to team direction
- Assisting teams with various administration tasks
- Assisting with the trafficking of assigned publication projects including internal (ie, account, medical, and editorial) and external (ie, author, client, and journal/congress) deadlines
- Administering project documentation filing and folder maintenance
- Facilitating material to all external partners via email, SharePoint, and FedEx
- Complying with established standards, policies, and procedures
- Helping populate and maintain Datavision records
- Scheduling internal status meetings
- Researching relevant journal and congress databases to update grids used by the internal and client teams
- Maintaining project status reports
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, biology, life sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of general business, pharmaceutical, or medical communications experience
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing challenges, issues, and priorities with the ability to delegate and set clear expectations
- Strong knowledge of MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams
- Ability to work both independently and in a team structure
- Aptitude for the English language and excellent written and verbal communication skills
