We started out as an independent artist management agency 19 years ago. Today, we are a clutter-breaking, market-leading Media and Entertainment organization working across various media and experiential formats to impact pop-culture. We own and produce Live Events & Entertainment IPs, Manage talent - YouTube Creators, Comedians, Storytellers, Writers and Directors. We have a Global Creator Network vertical that works with brands in 20+ countries and we also develop and produce fiction and non-fiction shows for TV networks and OTT Platforms.

We deliver creative and insightful ways of working with artists, brands, promoters and other agencies, to create incredible properties and experiences. With experience in live events, artist management, television and digital properties, and more, we have been an integral part of the burgeoning music and alternative culture scene in the country. Our company informally began in 2002 as an independent artist management venture and was officially incorporated in 2006. We produce live events—music, comedy—alongside digital and TV content and manage a roster of artists which include comedians and musicians. We also ran a ticketing and technology platform, Insider.in, which was acquired by PayTM in 2017. Over the years, we expanded to multiple cities and added comedy to our festival offerings. We also produced large-scale music events for brands like Puma, Converse and RedBull. In 2013, we added comedy acts to our roster. OML now is India's biggest comedy talent management company with over 60 comedians exclusively managed by us.
