ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Commercial Expansion team. In this position, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional business teams through the end-to-end execution of initiatives the Commercial Expansion team is engaged on. You will also contribute to process improvement efforts as it relates to improving initiative execution. The ideal candidate will take a consultative approach to managing initiatives in partnership with Commercial Expansion Directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead cross-functional business teams through the execution of all phases and milestones of the Growth Initiative Execution process in partnership with Commercial Expansion Directors.
• Provide leadership for initiatives by building and motivating team members to meet goals, adhere to their responsibilities, and achieve milestones.
• Facilitate the collection of requirements and activities for input into the detailed project plan in partnership with the Commercial Expansion Directors.
• Facilitate cross-functional “go”/”no go” decisions for phase transitions.
• Understand interdependencies between technology, commercialization, and business needs.
• Identify and develop a trusted advisor relationships with initiative stakeholders and sponsors.
• Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, and dependencies.
• Provide initiative transparency through status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, and communicate across leadership.
• Report on initiative success criteria results and metrics.
• Evolve Growth Initiative processes, tools, and metrics to drive productivity, quality, and business success.
• Remain compliant with company policies, processes, and legal guidelines.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Formal Education and Certification

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience.

Knowledge and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in business project management, governance, and leading change and innovation.
• Experience overseeing more than 1 project at once.
• Passion for driving and implementing process improvements.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills.
• Solutions-oriented approach to solving complex challenges.
• Outstanding Microsoft Office Skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with any of the following products is a plus:
  • MSFT Project
  • MSFT Visio
  • Asana
  • Jira/Confluence
  • Other CPM solutions
