As a Growth Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and managing client relationships in the Martech industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for sales and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in the Martech industry through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client objectives and develop customized marketing solutions to drive growth and achieve results.
- Created and delivered persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes to position OneIMS Group's services effectively.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Martech industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology solutions and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in digital marketing or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of CRM software (HubSpot) and sales tools.
- Prior experience in a growth-focused role is a major plus.
