We are seeking a passionate and dedicated QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of scripting and automation, ensuring the quality of the product developed by our squad. In this role, you will focus on comprehensive product testing and create automated scripts to streamline and reduce manual efforts in forthcoming releases. One Click LCA's innovative carbon accounting and reduction SaaS platform is utilized in over 170 countries and is experiencing rapid growth. We primarily target the construction industry, where we proudly hold the global leadership position, as well as manufacturing verticals, which are collectively accountable for nearly half of global carbon emissions.
This position is available as a full-time, permanent role and is open to candidates based in India or those capable of working remotely within the IST time zone.
What you will do:
- Establish automation frameworks and set up Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines from the ground up.
- Conduct thorough code reviews for the QA team during Pull Request (PR) evaluations.
- Formulate comprehensive automation test plans for squads and sub-squads, ensuring diligent follow-through to delivery.
- Take charge of suggesting and enhancing the current tech stack, contributing to ongoing improvements.
- Evaluate the feasibility of automation in software projects and make informed decisions regarding implementation strategies.
What you need:
- 3-5 years of experience working with Java and Selenium.
- Experienced in API Testing.
- Experience in Jenkins job creation and configurations.
- At least 1 year of experience working with Playwright and TypeScript/Javascript is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of performance testing is a plus.
- Fluency in English as it is our official working language.
