The project portfolio includes various short- and mid-term projects of developing and maintaining the Reputation Intelligence client delivery platforms.

About the Role:

We are looking for a decisive and insightful DevOps engineer. You will be involved in improving and scaling our SaaS platform to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for improving, monitoring, and automating services’ cloud infrastructure and pipelines. As a DevOps Engineer, you will help us in providing the highest quality full-stack management solution for our client delivery platforms.

Manage super-large data ingestion and analytics pipeline running on AWS and Azure using cutting-edge technologies such as Elasticsearch, Multi-Cloud Deployments, etc.

Your responsibilities:

• Consistently deliver high-quality services for the business

• Manage, monitor, scale, and troubleshoot a distributed highly scalable, highly available, customer-facing software stack

• Work closely with developers in building analysis tools and production automation tools

• Work with multiple AWS and Azure services

Who you are:

• Degree in Engineering, Software development or any relevant field.

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a high throughput, business-critical SaaS environment.

• Good written and spoken level in English or French or both.

• Expert in modern Linux distributions.

• Bash and Python scripting skills.

• Passion for bleeding-edge open-source technology.

• Extensive experience working with AWS and Azure.

• CI/CD (especially Azure Pipeline, Jenkins).

• Experience with logging and monitoring systems based on Elasticsearch, Kibana.

• Experience with IaaC, e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation.

• Configuring builds and deployments on CI/CD tools (Azure Pipeline /Jenkins)

• Extensive experience with containerized environments and microservices.

• Atlassian Stack (Jira, Confluence, BitBucket).

• Team Player & Strong communication skills.
