In 2024, industry veteran Mattes Schrader recognized a critical gap in the digital marketing landscape: despite a decade of digitization efforts, most companies had not seen meaningful growth in their market share. This realization led to the founding of OH-SO Digital in Hamburg, Germany.

OH-SO Digital emerged as an AI-native digital agency with a mission to revolutionize how iconic brands deploy digital marketing as a key growth driver. The agency combines marketing, commerce, and technology to co-create digital products, platforms, and software solutions. Backed by WPP, the company operates from four European locations - Hamburg (registered seat), Munich, Berlin, and Prague - building small, AI-enabled teams across strategy, creative, and technology. Their approach focuses on delivering faster results at lower costs while empowering brands to harness the transformative potential of generative AI as a critical growth engine.
