About the Job

We are looking for someone to join our logistics and purchasing team. The ideal candidate should have ample experience in dealing with IT-related procurements and be able to provide internal and external user support in this key area.

Duties and responsibilities

• In-charge in purchasing of IT-related equipment, software and applications, licenses, and other requests
• Continuously update the Inventory Management System on a daily basis and keep track of our logistics as a whole
• Develop and establish strategic processes related to logistics and purchasing and perform continuous improvement
• Work closely with requestors and direct managers to provide user support and updates
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• At least 2 years prior experience in handling logistics and purchasing
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of the procurement process
• Detail-oriented and proactive with excellent analytical ability
• A background on inventory management system, logistics applications, and ticketing system
• Strong background in IT logistics and purchasing

Working conditions

This role is a full-time salaried position. Work hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
