The Senior Technical Business Analyst works closely with the Solutions Engineering team in the planning, design, and documentation of large-scale, enterprise-grade technical initiatives within Ntara’s Product Experience Management (PXM) practice.
Requirements
- Serve as a trusted delivery partner to clients
- Drive delivery-focused system and solution strategy
- Partner with client and internal leadership to define, prioritize, and maintain digital roadmaps and multi-phase delivery plans
- Lead complex system enhancement and optimization initiatives
- Provide technical leadership to Technical Business Analysts
- Own problem-solving across all aspects of PXM implementations
- Lead documentation and solution planning for PIM, DAM, ecommerce, CMS, and related enterprise systems
- Produce clear, executive-ready documentation
- Lead requirements gathering and author detailed functional and technical specifications
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions
