For dental coverage, we offer products through Beam. Noyo pays 100% of premiums for employee dental coverage and 50% for dependents.

Paid compassionate leave
Noyo offers up to 4 weeks of paid, compassionate leave for difficult life events that fall outside of traditional, protected leave types like medical or parental leave.
Home-office stipend
At Noyo, we strive to equip all team members with the appropriate tools and products to enable each person to do their best work at home. To achieve this, Noyo offers each team member a $500 stipend.
Abortion travel benefits
To facilitate access to adequate resources and care for services that may be unavailable in an employee's home state, such as gender affirming surgery, abortion, or fertility treatment, Noyo offers a medical travel stipend for employees and their dependents.
