As part of the Peak program, our cross-functional team partners closely with customers post-sale to ensure a smooth implementation and to accelerate speed to value and long-term success.

You will…

  • Program Coordination: Lead the coordination of a complex, cross-functional program involving Marketing, Sales, Delivery, Solutions, and Finance, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer success.

  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day tracking, infrastructure, and operations within Notable Peak program. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation. This includes managing customer compliance, incentives, scorecards, and driving adherence to and participation in the program. Ensure that program engagement - internally and externally - is happening as planned and on schedule.

  • Continuous Improvement: Iteratively improve program milestones and incentives based on feedback and data analysis to make the program more compelling and beneficial for our customers.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes. Foster strong relationships to ensure program success and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Notable’s Marketing team to drive messaging and engagement. Oversee and manage customer feedback loops to ensure customer needs and expectations are met and integrated into program evolution.

  • Data and Benchmarking: Define and implement strategies for data collection and customer benchmarking to assess program impact, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report on program performance, leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization and growth.

  • 2+ years of experience in program management, customer success, customer marketing, or a similar role in a tech or SaaS environment.

  • You are highly organized and able to create systems and processes that scale across dozens of customer accounts and across a wide array of internal teams at Notable

  • You are a strong communicator that can evangelize and engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally

  • You are a highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently to create and deploy a corporate-level program, including testing and iterating program attributes and components

  • You have empathy for our health system customers and understanding their needs and priorities

  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to drive data collection, analysis, and reporting in a thoughtful and structured way

  • You have a creative spark, and can create customer-facing materials with trust and credibility, as well as a sense of delight, whimsy, and fun

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have passion, grit, and growth mindset, with the courage and boldness to work around and through obstacles and challenges
