Recruiting Coordinator, Operations Manager

The Role

We are adding a teammate to our high agency, low ego team to manage the day-to-day Recruiting Coordination, and operations of our San Francisco office and play a key role in building and onboarding our team. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager that has an instinct for bringing teams together. This role will start as a hybrid role RC and operations with a strong runway to learn and grow.

You will bring fresh ideas and new perspectives to how we organize and operate our office that serves as a workplace for our team, and also a brand experience for our customers and other stakeholders. This position requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

In addition, you will:

  • Coordinate candidate interviews, manage schedules, and ensure seamless calendar alignment across multiple stakeholders.

  • Create and execute a world-class candidate experience

  • Work with Head of Talent to create recruiting programs

  • Manage the daily operations of the San Francisco office, ensuring the space is being used effectively

  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors

  • Serve as the point of contact for office-related inquiries and troubleshoot any operational issues

  • Plan and execute office events, including team-building activities, celebrations, and company meetings.

Qualifications and background:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • 1.5+ years of recruiting coordinating, ops, or office manager experience

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • High agency, low ego, and team-oriented
