As a Change and Release Manager at Nokia, you will lead the development and implementation of Change Management policies, ensuring that proposed changes are thoroughly analyzed for risk and impact. You will manage Requests for Change (RFC), chair the Change Advisory Board, and spearhead Release Management processes to support the successful rollout of software and hardware.
Requirements
- Document and maintain Change Management policies, processes, and standards.
- Analyze and assess Requests for Change (RFC) for safety, business impact, and risk management.
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of Requests for Change, ensuring compliance and closure.
- Lead the Change Advisory Board, facilitating discussions and decisions on proposed changes.
- Establish and maintain Release Management policies and procedures.
- Coordinate release activities, including acceptance testing and documentation of action plans.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations during release planning and roll-out.
- Develop and present Change Management performance reports as necessary.
