Requirements
- Experience in Digital Transformation Projects: A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant projects is non-negotiable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Business Process Modelling: Proficiency in modeling tools and techniques to visualize processes effectively.
- BSS Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with Business Support Systems is essential for this role.
- Agile Methodologies: Understanding of agile practices and frameworks to facilitate project delivery.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 50% of the time to countries such as Uganda, Rwanda, DRC, Angola, Zimbabwe, and Kenya. A valid passport is required for the contract.
- Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in English; proficiency in French, Swahili, or Portuguese is an advantage.
