What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented Senior QA Engineer to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
We’re growing the team behind our core product - a complex and business-critical system - currently supported by 4 skilled testers. This role calls for a highly experienced and dependable professional, as the responsibilities will include:
- Developing Test cases, Test Procedures for various types of testing such as Ad Hoc, Functional, GUI, Integration, Regression, Data Validation, User Interface, and overall system integration;
- A keen sense for finding bugs and writing good understandable bug reports, as well as providing feedback on usability;
- Participating in brainstorming meetings and daily scrum;
- Performing comprehensive manual API testing to ensure system reliability and accuracy;
- Performing testing beyond APIs, including UI, integrations, and other relevant areas based on project needs;
- Working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define testing strategies;
- Investigating and analyzing production issues, identifying root causes and collaborating on fixes;
- Risks analysis;
- Involvement in the release process.
What are your skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in both back-end and front-end testing;
- 3+ years of experience in API testing (including in your last project!);
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC and STLC;
- Experience with CI/CD and related tools;
- Knowledge of databases;
- Experience with Jira or other project and issue-tracking programs;
- The ability to quickly understand new software and be a quick learner;
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills -soft skills are just as important in this role, as your technical background.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft services like: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Power BI, Azure DevOps, Dynamics 365.
