We are seeking a Regional Sales Incentive Business Partner to support the design, execution, and continuous improvement of sales incentive programs across their assigned region. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, stakeholder management experience, and a passion for operational excellence.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Sales Commissions/Incentives, ideally in global SaaS business
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with incentive modelling or compensation tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and navigating ambiguity.
- Commercial acumen and understanding of sales performance drivers.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
