The main purpose of your role:
- Regular exchange with Outside/Field Sales
- Account research
- Account qualification
- Customer support and customer development of small companies
- Scheduling appointments for Outside/ Field Sales at medium-sized companies
- Calculate, create and present quotations to the customer
- Especially ad hoc inquiries from new accounts
- Support and preparation of new business/ new customer implementations.
- Close cooperation with various departments
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship in commercial area, preferable as forwarding agent (m/f/d)
- Multiyear sales experience desirable
- Applicants from the operational departments are welcome
- Knowledge in airfreight, oceanfreight and other logistic services
- Service-based, outcome- and result-oriented working
- High communication skills
- Enjoy dealing with people
- Very good knowledge in M.S.-Office-programme
- Very good knowledge of German and English (fluent in spoken and written)
