On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Senior Operations Manager to join their team.
About the Company
Our client is a fast-scaling consumer health and wellness business headquartered in London, delivering subscription-based health products and services to over 400,000 customers across the UK. Having grown 3x in the past two years, they are now investing in operational maturity to support continued expansion. The leadership team has backgrounds from Babylon Health, Ocado, and Oliver Wyman, and the business is preparing for a Series C raise later this year.
The Role
As Senior Operations Manager, you will own end-to-end operational delivery, spanning fulfilment, logistics, third-party partnerships, and customer experience. You will drive process improvement, manage key vendor relationships, and build the operational systems needed to scale efficiently. This is a high-ownership role with a clear path to Head of Operations as the business grows.
What You'll Do
Own the operational performance of the fulfilment and logistics function, managing KPIs, SLAs, and root cause resolution for service failures.
Lead relationships with third-party logistics providers and fulfilment partners, including contract negotiations and performance reviews.
Identify and implement process improvements that reduce cost, increase speed, and improve customer experience.
Build operational dashboards and reporting frameworks to give leadership real-time visibility into delivery performance.
Partner with the Product and Technology teams to ensure operational requirements are embedded in system and tooling decisions.
What We're Looking For
5–8 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or consulting, with direct ownership of operational delivery in a consumer or healthcare business.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to diagnose problems and build business cases for change.
Proven ability to manage external vendors and hold third parties to account on performance.
Excellent project management capability, able to run multiple improvement initiatives simultaneously.
Experience in a high-growth, founder-led business is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £75,000 – £95,000, depending on experience.
Annual performance bonus.
EMI equity options with meaningful upside.
