On behalf of a client in our partner network, we are currently looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join their team.
About the Company
Our client is a Series B B2B SaaS business based in London, providing HR technology solutions to mid-market employers across the UK and Europe. With rapidly growing sales and customer success functions, they are building a dedicated Revenue Operations capability to bring structure, data, and scalability to their go-to-market motion. The company has 180 employees and is backed by a top-tier European growth fund.
The Role
As Revenue Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the commercial team, owning the systems, processes, data, and reporting that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to work effectively. You will be a trusted partner to commercial leadership and will have the opportunity to build the RevOps function from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Own the CRM (HubSpot) and revenue tech stack, ensuring data integrity, process discipline, and effective adoption across the commercial team.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into pipeline, conversion, churn, and revenue performance.
Build and refine processes for lead routing, deal management, contract operations, and renewal workflows.
Support annual and quarterly planning by providing accurate forecasts, capacity models, and performance benchmarks.
Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to identify and resolve friction points in the revenue process.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a business operations role within a SaaS or technology business.
Strong command of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and comfort with data analysis and reporting.
Process-oriented thinker, able to identify inefficiency and design clean, scalable solutions.
Clear communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting a scaling go-to-market team in a Series A–C environment is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of £65,000 – £85,000, depending on experience.
Annual performance bonus.
EMI equity options in a growing SaaS business.
