Web Analyst - 12 month FTC

We are looking for a Web Analyst to join our growing Total Platform Analytics team on a 12 month FTC!

As a Web Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing website traffic and user behaviour to provide insights that help improve the performance of the website and customer experience.

The data team work within Google Cloud Platform and work closely with the Total Platform clients as well as internal marketing and commercial teams.

We can offer you hybrid working, with part of the week working at Next Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire and part of the week working remotely.

This is a 12 month FTC.

About the role

• Tracking and analysing website metrics using Big Query and Google Analytics.
• Identifying trends and patterns in user behaviour and website performance.
• Create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Analyse on site tests/on-site changes and provide recommendations with an ethos of continuous improvement.
• Work with the wider marketing team to analyse digital marketing campaigns with a view of maximising return on investment.
• Proactively identify opportunities to support improvements to the customer experience.

About you

• Experience working with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Universal Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience extracting and manipulating data from denormalised sources using SQL and Biq Query.
• Confident using Google Sheets and Slides to manipulate and present data.
• Have excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to a range of audiences and tailoring content accordingly.
• Have good time management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Knowledge of A/B testing analysis.
