Newfront's Retirement Services team is seeking a Retirement Services Account Executive to develop, communicate, and service client needs, and retain high-touch, complex accounts through robust relationship management. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the team to provide unique and tailored solutions for client’s retirement plan offering.
Requirements
- Deliver best in class client service
- Independently manage a minimum of fifty accounts.
- Build strong relationships with primary client contacts.
- Prepare and conduct regular plan reviews with clients.
- Elevate the end-to-end client experience.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure successful execution of client deliverables and target Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Work with vendors to stay current and strategic regarding services, pricing, capabilities, etc.
- Proactively identify challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and achieve client success.
