Responsibilities
Participate on projects, departmental operational improvements, and/or procedure and policy reviews and updates.
Monitor workflow status and prepare, analyze, and present reportsrelated to quality measures, quantitative trends, and otheroperationalmetrics.
Provide operational support and troubleshoot queries received from internal and externalclients.
Perform a variety of complexadministrativetasks including, but not limited to, document processing, navigation of complex software tools and packages, reconcilement, and preparation of complex reports.
Understand and applyNetsmartprocedures, methods, and controls associated with assigned jobs; easily recognize deviation from accepted practice and take appropriate action to remedy the situation.
Qualifications
Required
High school diploma or GED
Effective and efficient communication skills
Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload
Strong collaborative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
