United States onlyNetBox Labs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate General Counsel to join our growing legal team. The successful candidate will establish the legal function from the ground up while driving commercial excellence across the organization.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at a top-tier law firm and/or fast-growing technology company.
- Significant experience with commercial technology transactions (especially B2B SaaS and software licensing).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work autonomously and make sound judgment calls without extensive legal infrastructure
- Proven ability to build legal functions from scratch or scale small teams
- Strong familiarity with corporate law, employment law, IP, data protection, and open-source licensing.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with sound judgment and business acumen.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
