Requirements

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Proven ability to decompose large projects into concrete plans
  • Demonstrated success in a tech lead capacity
  • Proficiency in using AI-assisted development and software lifecycle tooling
  • Strong software architecture fundamentals
  • Experience deploying and operating services in Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in Go
  • Experience building or owning observability and telemetry systems
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
